Roadmap
These are systems we are prioritising as Flash moves forward in development to release.
City wide court events, charges, bail and sentencing that give law enforcement and defense attorneys real structure, dont expect a slap on the wrist and a reset.
PriorityMultiple drugs to craft, grow, cook and cut with distribution and supply chains that create lasting criminal economies.
PriorityExpanding beyond with custom heists and higher tier scores that demand group work and coordination for bigger payouts.
NextHonest work that pays enough to matter. Delivery jobs, taxi driving, plumbing, construction and window cleaning.
NextEvents, staff, and a community with amazing roleplay that keep the quality of Flash at a high standard.
OngoingHighly customisable interiors, storage and housing anywhere on the map for our community.
PlannedContinuous balance work on all payouts and exploit vectors so Flash stays fair for grinders and storytellers alike.
OngoingFlash Roleplay
Read these carefully before playing. Breaking rules may result in warnings, bans, organisation action or business removal.
All members are expected to contribute positively to the gang scene. Purposely causing problems, trolling other gangs, or repeatedly disrupting gang related roleplay may result in disciplinary action or a gang blacklist.
A gang war can only be initiated by the 1IC or 2IC of the respective gangs.
The declaration must be made in character, either verbally, through an IC phone call, or via an IC text message.
Once the war has been declared, both gangs are considered KOS until the conflict is resolved.
A war will normally conclude when:
If both gangs agree to continue the conflict after a restart, Gang Staff or Leadership must be contacted.
Groups must remain within the player limits assigned to them when participating in hostile situations.
Unregistered groups may have a maximum of 5 players involved.
Registered gangs must follow their designated player and strike limits. These limits cannot be bypassed by bringing in additional members, allies, or other players.
Players involved in hostile gang activity must be clearly identifiable as members of their gang.
At least 2 pieces of gang clothing or gang colours must be worn during the situation.
Gang members are permitted to work against their own gang or provide information to another group.
However, if an insider becomes directly involved in a conflict, they must count toward the gang's maximum player limit.
Insiding cannot be used to gain additional numbers during a hostile situation.
Reports should be used for legitimate issues that require staff involvement.
Submitting excessive reports, making unnecessary complaints, or repeatedly filing snowflake reports may result in action being taken against the gang.
Depending on the severity and frequency, this may include gang disbandment or a gang blacklist.
Gang Staff and Leadership may step in when a situation is negatively affecting the gang scene or when players are attempting to exploit gaps within the rules.
Staff decisions may be made to ensure conflicts remain fair, balanced, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Small criminal groups establishing themselves within the city.
A recognised criminal group with growing influence.
A major criminal force with city wide influence.
The most powerful criminal group tier in Flash RP.
